How to register and contribute

Please submit an abstract to present your work using the links below. You will be notified of acceptance before the registration deadline. You may register to attend even if you are not presenting any work, but funding will be allocated preferentially to presenters.



Registration will open from December 20th 2016 until January 31st 2017. The registration takes place via a secure payment gateway hosted by the University of Malta. The same page also contains a link to book your accommodation at the Corinthia Marina Hotel. To register and book your accommodation, please visit the registration page on the University of Malta website and don't forget to book your accommodationIf the accommodation form does not work please email the organisers. 

NOTE THAT THE PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE WHOLE CONFERENCE. The organisation committee may discard participants who do not respect this condition.



To contribute, you must have an account on (see below). Contributions can be submitted for both posters or talks from November 14th, 2016 until January 15th, 2017. Information regarding acceptance of contributions will be circulated shortly afterwards, well before the registration deadline. 

If you already have an account on 
1) Go to the conference website and log in with your username and password in "my space" section (left column).
2) Click on "submission" to propose a contribution.

If you do not have an account on yet:
1) Go to and click on "create an account" under "my space" in the left column.
2) Fill the form and click on the activation link you will then receive by e-mail.
3) Go to the conference website and log in with your username and password in "my space" section (left column).
4) Click on "submission" to propose a contribution.
